It’s already the middle of April and summer is approaching.  How many people made a New Year’s resolution to lose weight or who realize that bikini season is almost here and you probably need to lose a few pounds?  There are so many different types of healthy eating books and weight-loss programs that it’s hard to figure out what would be the best fit for you.  I do think plans like Weight Watchers and Metabolic weight-loss systems are effective but the success comes from sticking to the plan.

We all know how to eat healthy and when you use a calorie tracker you realize how quickly those calories get used up.
