Action Cooking Photo…

Devon likes to talk smack about Tom’s outside the box thinking during the April cooking challenge with the University of Colorado Health – well, Tom’s done it again, this time with an action photo of food cooking. With seven days remaining in the challenge it was time to step it up to another level….

This is a quick and easy to make omelet: Asparagus, ham, potatoes and mushrooms sauteed in olive oil.

Of course the photo is of the ingredients cooking, if the eggs were included you couldn’t see the actual ingredients.

Just waiting for the sarcastic comments from Devon in 3,2,1…..
